The hotel's decor was charming, with its cozy furniture and beautiful artwork on the walls. It made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, especially the little garden in the front, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful spot to relax. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself. The bus stop just a few steps away made it easy to explore Nice and the surrounding areas without having to walk long distances.

One small improvement I would suggest is better communication from the staff. It would have been helpful if the children working there had provided more information about the construction happening in the building and the noise it would cause in the mornings.

Great location, close to airport and old Nice. Easy access to buses. Comfortable sofa bed. Pleasant garden. Helpful hosts.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Centrally located just steps from the stunning Promenade des Anglais, Nice Promenade Apartment was the perfect base for our family vacation. The apartment itself provided all the comforts we needed, with a cozy living space and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. We loved the convenience of being a stone's throw away from the beautiful pebble beach at Plage Lenval, where we spent many delightful afternoons building sandcastles and splashing in the crystal-clear water. The flat-screen TV in the apartment also provided entertainment for the kids during our downtime.

For dads, it would be great if there were more child-friendly amenities available, like a playground or a separate kids' area within the apartment complex.
